What does math have to do with gender identity and social change? Come to this workshop and find out! We will engage in an open and honest conversation about why the use of gender identity pronouns is essential in the classroom, and use an algebra math lesson to model how larger social change can start with just a small group of concerned individuals. Participants may use the math lesson in their classrooms to facilitate similar discussions with their ABE/GED students.
